What is your vision for your effectiveness? Or: what are the effects you want to have in this aspect of your life? And vice versa: how can this aspect affect your effectiveness?

Make notes and try to keep keep the flow without thinking too much about it. There is no wrong; you are doing this for yourself!

Whether I am sitting, standing or walking, I have a healthy posture. My back is straight, my shoulders are relaxed, I am breathing rhythmically and deeply most of the time. My feet are firmly planted on the ground. I am balanced, physically centred. Sometimes I pay attention to my posture, but even when I don’t pay attention I still move this way.

This is part of being healthy in body, mind and spirit. In the long term it protects my body, especially my bones and joints, keeping them in good condition. In daily life it supports me in managing my energy, helping it to flow properly, that I am centred. Emotionally it is a manifestation of my inner strength, balance and security.
