01.09 Integration

1- find the needs of your design – look at each of the other anchor points.

e.g. flip your limits

look at your vision

go back to ideas and think about what needs would each of those ideas meet.

From doing this you might find that there are some themes or clusters of needs emerging.

2 – revisit the ideas anchor points and brainstorm as many ways as possible that you can meet each of those needs.

Choose a few needs to work with initially, others can be added as the design progresses, and more needs might surface over time that you can add.

Some possible needs

Here are some suggestions of needs that may be relevant in your designs:

  • Increasing leadership skills
  • Learning new skills
  • Finding your purpose and life path
  • Balancing self care, family care and life path
  • Increasing self esteem
  • Increasing positive internal dialogue
  • Energising yourself 
  • Increasing spiritual, emotional, physical, intellectual health and well-being
  • Setting boundaries
  • Maintaining focus.

Some needs that might appear in group designs:

  • Building community
  • Increasing peace and connection
  • Generating income
  • Marketing
  • Managing finances
  • Prioritising time and commitments
  • Having effective meetings
  • Clarifying group culture
  • Emerging and harvesting group wisdom
  • Contributing to regenerative cultures.

Physical

  • Good breathing
  • physical stability
  • strengthen muscles (back & stomach)
  • raise my energy level
  • improve my physical condition (stamina & strength)

Emotional

  • calmness
  • inner balance
  • raise my energy level
  • find reasons to stay present
  • find hope
  • deepen the connection to my body
  • live with more awareness
  • keep myself motivated
  • empower myself
  • grow into my potential
  • heal the wounds the emotions behind my current posture point at
  • improve my relationship with my body

  • find a healthier way of recharging
